Fitzgerald Litigation is located in downtown Winston-Salem at 119 Brookstown Avenue, Suite 402 inside One Salem Tower next to the Children’s Museum of Winston-Salem.  We work with our clients to agree on the best fee structure for their case and take cases on either an hourly or contingent fee basis depending on the case and the client.
